Think about the most amazing music memory you have with your friends. Now imagine that time with oodles of colours, confetti and awesomely dressed characters floating around while your favourite music plays in the backdrop. Well, we experienced something similar last week when we attended India’s first Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) by Budweiser on the 12th and 13th November at Buddh International Circuit, Delhi.(And, NO we are not exaggerating at all!)

20161113_142348The promoters of this music festival brought down this festival to give music lovers a taste of the Electronic Music Culture (EMC) in India. A brilliant line up of 40 artists from India and abroad performed at the two-day long festival as the first edition of this musical carnival.

The performance arena was divided into three zones — a majestic kineticFIELD, the imaginative and ethereal circuitGROUNDS and an electrifying Budweiser neonGARDEN. Oh! and there was a party bus with live musical performance that moved between these three zones to gather music enthusiasts into a big collective.

Oh! and before we forget to mention, Budweiser hosted some amazing brunches and breakfasts for the special guests and music lovers at the venue, where unlimited beer was free for all. Now beat that!

Here’s what we did at the fist EDC and hopefully we will be going back next year to enjoy this amazing experience. Leaving you all with some pictures from the fest, share your experiences with us if you were there too!
