Five-course meal curated to celebrate gourmet experience

Recently, at a gourmet evening co-hosted by Olive Bar & Kitchen and Star World for MasterChef Australia, we had an amazing time sampling some interesting dishes. At this event, Chef Sujan Sarkar, Chef de Cuisine of Olive Bar and Kitchen, Delhi, created a unique gourmet experience for foodies.

The chef created five amuse-bouche (single, bite-size) dishes using five different food techniques namely aerate, molecular, sous vide, roulade and deconstruction. The Amuse Bouche menu for the evening was a treat for guests, and Chef Sarkar also shared his tips and tricks to bring gourmet-inspired food to dinner table.

The food prepared for this special occasion was Miso cauliflower mousse, Burrata served with goat’s cheese, Octopus and prawns served with pickled potato, Corn fed chicken leg and Peach melba. And, did we mention it was accompanied by yummy cocktails and sparkling Chandon?

All-in-all, it was a delicious experience that we’ll cherish for long.
